The Toldi Mjolnir is an 11 kg wooden training hammer made from ash, designed for functional strength and conditioning training. The tool weighs approx. 11 kg. Since it is made from natural wood, slight weight variations may occur due to differences in density and moisture content.
The long handle provides substantial leverage, so using the Mjolnir works the shoulders, arms, back, core and grip strength intensely. We recommend it primarily for swings, rotations and controlled dynamic exercises.
