Custom Club Design – Step by Step Process
1. Initial Contact & Defining Parameters

The process begins with contacting us via email. At this stage, the client can share their ideas in detail – such as the size, weight, shape, or special decorative requirements of the club. Together, we refine these parameters to create a clear foundation for the design.

2. Creating a 3D Visualization

Based on the agreed parameters, we create a digital 3D model of the club. This allows the client to see a realistic preview before production begins. If necessary, we make adjustments and refinements until the design fully matches the client’s expectations.

3. Prototype Production

Once the 3D design is approved, we manufacture a prototype. This is a tangible wooden test piece that the client can receive and try out. The prototype ensures that every detail is correct before the final product is made.

4. Final Product

After the prototype has been approved, we craft the final club from the selected type of wood.
