The first step is to get in touch by email. The customer can describe their ideas in detail, such as the club’s size, weight, shape or custom decorative requirements. We clarify these details together to establish a clear basis for the design.
2. Creating a 3D visualisation
Based on the agreed specifications, we create a digital 3D visualisation. This gives the customer a realistic view of the planned club before production begins. If necessary, we make changes and refinements at this stage until the design fully matches their expectations.
3. Manufacturing a prototype
Once the 3D design has been accepted, we make the prototype. This is a physical wooden sample that the customer can receive to try out and provide feedback on. The prototype ensures that the final product meets their requirements in every detail.
4. Making the final product
In the final step, after approval of the prototype, we make the finished club from the selected wood.
