This is the Toldi™ Indian Club, the entry-level cornerstone of traditional strength training. It's beefier than its smaller sibling, but also nicely rounded to channel the developmental impact that comes with increased mass to where it's needed. Its handle also features a cross ring for spin and the experience of swinging these heavier clubs is priceless - in fact, for many power development techniques, it's easier to train with these heavier-loading clubs.
